Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required in advance. The terms below explain when refunds may and may not be available.
Please note
DOT SAP evaluations
DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations are non-refundable once booked.
Purchasing the wrong evaluation type
Clients are responsible for confirming the requirements of the requesting organization before purchasing an evaluation. A refund will not be issued when a purchased service does not meet the requesting party's stated requirements, such as when an in-person evaluation, psychologist, or other specifically credentialed provider is required.
Work already started
Once the scheduled appointment has taken place or substantive work on the evaluation or report has begun, refund eligibility may be limited or unavailable.
Missed appointments and late cancellations
Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in the payment becoming non-refundable.
Court, probation, or DMV report rejection
For eligible Court, Probation, or DMV evaluation services, a refund of the applicable evaluation/report fee may be considered if the final report is formally rejected by the requesting court, probation officer, employer, or applicable organization.
To qualify, the client must provide a written rejection notice on the requesting party's official letterhead clearly stating the reason the evaluation was rejected.
Refund requests remain subject to verification of the submitted rejection documentation.
Payment terms
Full payment is required in advance. Your appointment is confirmed after successful full payment. Deposits, partial payments, pay-later arrangements, and installment plans are not offered.
