Written recommendations or a report are prepared where applicable and released only with your written authorization.
Standard within 48 hours — expedited within 24 hours
Standard service: initial evaluation processing within 48 hours after the completed appointment and receipt of all required documents. Expedited service: priority evaluation processing within 24 hours after the completed appointment and receipt of all required documents.
Turnaround begins after the scheduled evaluation and receipt of all required information and documents. Timing may also depend on service requirements and third-party information.
Expedited service is available for time-sensitive deadlines, subject to confirmation.
Report delivery
How Your Report Is Delivered
The secure client portal handles intake, forms, uploads, messaging, and telehealth. Final reports are delivered separately to authorized recipients.

Secure Report Delivery
Authorized reports and documentation are securely delivered as PDF files to the appropriate employer, Designated Employer Representative (DER), Third-Party Administrator (TPA), defense attorney, court, or other approved requesting party. For DOT SAP cases, the dates of the initial and follow-up evaluations will be logged in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, as applicable.
